5hr Compulsory CPD Workshop for Class 1 & Class 2 Agents.
We are offering a 5 hour session via interactive webinar for the following Compulsory Topics:

Introduction to Work Health and Safety obligations in Residential Sales and Property Management

New Supervision Guidelines for Real Estate Agencies
-
Introduction to Strata for Residential Sales and Property Managers
-
Compliance with habitability standards and landlord information statement
Please note; When participating in an interactive webinar course, it is a requirement of NSW Fair Trading that your camera is on throughout the entire session.
All students will be required to complete an assessment as part of the training and upon successful completion will be issued with a Certificate of Satisfactory completion. A copy of your CPD certificate will be retained in your Student portal should you need to retrieve this at anytime.
***Residential Salespeople*** will be required to complete the above 5hr CPD Training along with further training on Underquoting and Price Misrepresentations delivered by TAFE NSW. Further details will be provided when the course is launched by NSW Fair Trading/TAFENSW
