Successful completion of this course will see you being able to apply to become a Class 1 Licence holder or Licensee-in- Charge giving you the opportunity to be your own Boss and run your own Agency.
The Full Course Cost for Online Students is normally $3,600.00 but you pay $2995.00 for a limited time. This fee is payable in 3 monthly instalments of $1495.00 to start and then $750.00 30 and 60 days after enrolment.
If you have worked as a manager or in a managerial position in a real estate office, you may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for some or all of the units of competency.
You will be required to upload evidence to support your experience to the Learning Management System. Following this a phone consultation with an Assessor will be conducted to discuss your skills and knowledge and confirm your competencies. You will then be advised what units of the course you will need to complete and what units you have achieved competency for.
Your training will be conducted via highly interactive virtual workshops with the support and guidance of our Trainers and Assessors. A maximum of 11 workshops are required.
