As a requirement of NSW Fair Trading, Certificate of Registration holders working as Assistant Agents must complete at leaste 3 units of the Real Estate Licensing Course (CPP41419 - Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) as a minimum each year as CPD and become a Class 2 Licence holder by the end of the 4th year.
The CPD year for all Licence and Certificate holders starts on 1st July each year and ends on 30th June the following year.
This course satisfies the annual requirement of NSW Fair Trading.
The 3 units of study include:
CPPREP4141 - Establish & Maintain Property Management Portfolio
CPPREP4142 - Promote Property Management Products & Services
CPPREP4503 - Present at Hearings in Real Estate
Note should you choose this pathway, you will need to do more than the 3 units required by NSW Fair Trading if you are going to meet the deadline to become a Class 2 Licence holder by the end of the 4th year.
