As a requirement of NSW Fair Trading, Certificate of Registration holders working as Assistant Agents, must complete at least 3 units of the Real Estate Licensing Course (CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) as a minimum each year as CPD and become a Class 2 Licence holder by the end of the 4th year. The CPD year for all Licence and Certificate holders starts on 1st July each year and ends on 30th June the following year. PLEASE NOTE: If you have enrolled in this course on or after the 1st April, we cannot guarantee completion prior to 30th June. Your completion date will depend on the date you submit your assessments along with resubmissions if you are required to revise your answers, and also marking time frames set out in the student handbook. Completion dates on your Statement of Attainment will be the date you are marked satisfactory for each unit of competency. This course satisfies the annual requirement of NSW Fair Trading. The 3 units of study include: CPPREP4103 - Establish vendor relationships CPPREP4104 - Establish buyer relationships CPPREP4105 - Sell property Should you choose this pathway, you will need to ensure that moving forward you complete 3 units of the licensing course as required by NSW Fair Trading between 1st July and 30th June each CPD calendar year to become a Class 2 Licence holder by the end of the 4th year.
